Pet description: I took Emma for almost three years ago from a local animal shelter. It is about six years and seems to be a combination of laboratory and Chow (it spot on her tongue). When I met her, she was afraid of his own shadow, it was clear to me that in her former life, something happened to her to make her nervous and timid and afraid of people. It took about 30 minutes alone with her to make her warm to me, but once she did, she never left my side. I still try and work with her to help her relax around strangers, but I’m just not home long enough to make any significant progress.I work hard, and I’m not able to give her the attention she really needs and deserves. I would love to find Emma home with someone who has a genuine love for the special dogs that need extra attention. She is afraid of most people but loves other dogs. She absolutely loves to walk and very well trained on a leash. She rarely barks, except to warn you of someone nearby. She never had an accident in the home and current on all vaccines, vet visits, and heartworm medications. Please, if you have a place in your heart, sweet, sweet dog who needs someone patient and caring, to open her world to contact me. I would love for you to meet Emma and show her a whole new world.
